Requirements for Rental

Space Requirement – Minimum area of 8ft x 8ft for the photobooth setup indoors or outdoors.
WiFi Access – A local WiFi network connection is required for instant digital download and sharing options.
Outdoor Setup Protection – Protection from extreme weather conditions (summer heat/rain) required.
Setup & Breakdown Time – Allow at least 30-60 minutes before & after the event for installation and removal.
Power supply outlets are NOT required - our photobooth operates on a portable battery supply for your convenience!

Q: How far in advance should I book the photo booth station?

A: We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure availability, especially for peak seasons.
Q: Do you provide an attendant with the photo booth station?

A: Yes, an on-site attendant is available at all times to assist guests and ensure smooth operation.
Q: What are the power and internet requirements for setup?

A: No power outlets are required as the photobooth is powered by a portable generator!
To allow guests the best experience to instantly download and share photos, we will require the local WiFi and WiFi password. Otherwise, you will receive a link to all media at the end of the event.
Q: Can the photo booth station be setup and used outdoors?

A: Yes, but we require it to be in a covered or shaded area to protect the equipment from extreme weather conditions, such as extreme heat or rain, when applicable.
Outdoor use is welcome, however, we recommend ensuring the area is clear and free of objects (such as string lights) that may interfere with the photobooth setup, as well as consider the direction of shadows or direct sun rays that would cause guests to directly face the sun, or cause photos to be obstructed by objects or unsavory shadows.
Q: Do you offer digital sharing options?

A: Yes! Guests can instantly share their photos, GIFs, and collage photos via Email or QR code if WiFi is available at the venue.
Additionally, all photos, GIFs, and collage photos will be uploaded to an online gallery, where you and your guests can download and share them directly from the online gallery for 90 days after the event. The event host will receive the website link immediately after the end of the event.
Q: Do you offer on-site photo printing options?

Unfortunately we are not providing on-site photo prints at this time.
Q: How do I access my event photos after the event?

A: All photos, GIFs, and collage photos will be uploaded to an online gallery, where you and your guests can download and share them directly from the online gallery for 90 days after the event. The event host will receive the website link immediately after the end of the event.
