Rental Agreement When you rent from Really Good Party Rentals, you agree to take good care of our equipment and return it in the same condition you received it (normal wear and tear is expected). If anything is damaged, lost, or stolen while in your possession, you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Safety & Responsibility Your safety is our top priority! While our equipment is designed for fun, the renter assumes full responsibility for using it safely. We are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur while the equipment is in use. Please follow all safety guidelines and supervise children at all times.

Delivery & Setup We offer delivery and setup services to ensure everything is ready for your event. Please make sure the setup area is clear and accessible. If you opt for self-pickup, please transport and set up the equipment properly to avoid damage.

Rental Duration & Returns All rentals are based on the agreed rental period. Late returns may result in additional charges, so please be sure to return the equipment on time. If you need extra time, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Payment & Fees A 25% deposit to secure your reservation is required before your rental period begins and the outstanding balance is due on the day of the rental start date. Any additional charges for damages, late returns, or lost items will be invoiced accordingly. If legal action is needed to recover unpaid fees, renters will be responsible for associated costs.

Photo Release We love capturing moments from our events! By renting from us, you give us permission to use event photos featuring our equipment for promotional purposes—don’t worry, we’ll always get explicit consent before sharing pictures of you or your guests.

Cancellations & Refunds We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
